Just off with Xfinity Rep and was told that the Samsung Smart is no longer compatible with the Xfinity Streaming App I've had the problem for at least 4 weeks, it was working fine when I installed back in the spring. Apparently, the Xfinity updates and the Samsung updates are no longer compatible. that probably was not good information. be sure to accept the terms and conditions.
